Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: October 28, 2026

You can ask Audience Upside LLC to delete your data at any time, and you can remove our access to your Instagram or Facebook account yourself. This page explains both.

Ask us to delete your data

  1. Email us at [email protected] from the email address you used with Audience Upside, with the subject line “Delete my data”.
  2. Tell us which account it is. Include the Instagram handle or profile link you gave us, so we find every record.
  3. We confirm it’s you. If the request comes from a different address, we will ask you to confirm from the original one, so nobody can delete your data but you.
  4. Our team deletes your data by hand within 30 days. That includes your Creator Audit, your Audience Upside workspace and reports, your form answers, and all data we received from Instagram or Meta. We also remove you from our email lists.
  5. We confirm by email once deletion is complete.

The only exception is information the law requires us to keep, such as payment and tax records for a subscription. We keep that only as long as required and use it for nothing else.

Remove our access in Instagram

  1. Open Instagram and go to your profile.
  2. Tap the menu, then Settings and activity.
  3. Tap Website permissions, then Apps and websites.
  4. Under Active, choose Audience Upside and tap Remove.

Remove our access in Facebook

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Open Business integrations (on some versions, Apps and websites).
  3. Choose Audience Upside and tap Remove.

Removing access in Instagram also deletes the data we received from your connected account (posts, comments, insights, themes and the access token). Public profile information you gave us in the audit form is kept for your reports until you ask us to delete it. Comments are deleted after 12 months. To have everything deleted, follow the steps above.

If you send us a deletion request through Instagram or Meta, we delete the data from your connected account automatically and you get a confirmation code with a link to a page that shows the request is complete.
